What You Will Be Doing

• Ensure bar is ready for opening and the food counter is fully stocked and well presented
• Prepare all crockery glassware and furniture is kept clean and polished at all times
• Be fully knowledgeable of Bar food & drink menu offering suggestions and recommendations where necessary
• Help with the preparation of drinks and cocktails
• Change out beer kegs and replace liquor bottles.
