Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Graduate)
Title: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Location: Bristol (Central) / Remote / Hybrid
Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary: Circa 25,000 - 28,000 (depending on experience) + Commission (OTE 45,000 +)
We're a leading recruitment agency based in Bristol seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Engineering team. We're looking for driven, passionate people who want to build a successful long-term career in recruitment. As a 360 recruitment consultant we'll teach you the ins and outs of recruitment, including mastering the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to building strong client relationships.
No prior experience in Engineering? No problem! We'll equip you with the skills you need. We're looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and aren't afraid of a challenge. Responsibilities:
- Build your own business by developing ongoing relationships with substantial manufacturing clients.
- Generate old/new client relationships through business development and sales calls
- Manage current relationships within the business
- Grow existing client accounts by identifying further sales opportunities
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Source and present qualified candidates who meet your client's specific needs.
- Write and tailor advertisements that attract the right talent.
- Utilize our database, incoming applications, job boards, and online tools to find the best candidates.
- Develop your own network of skilled professionals to introduce to potential employers.
