Night Warehouse Operative - with FLT

Contract : Full time

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Night Warehouse Operatives with Counterbalance Forklift experience to support night shift warehouse operations. The role involves picking and packing orders as well as operating a counterbalance forklift to load and unload vehicles, ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders using pick lists
• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift to load and unload vehicles
• Move and store stock safely within the warehouse
• Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring correct labelling and documentation
• Carry out basic quality checks on picked items
• Assist with general warehouse duties including stock handling and replenishment
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Follow all health & safety procedures at all times

Skills & Experience

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence required
• Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role preferred
• Ability to safely operate a forklift in a busy warehouse environment
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit and able to be on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and a good team player

Working Hours

• Night shifts
• 10:00pm to 7:30am
• Any 5 days out of 7 on a rotating weekly rota
• Shifts may include Monday to Friday, Sunday to Thursday, or Tuesday to Saturday depending on the rota
