The Role…
At Soho House, our Spa Attendants play a vital role in creating a calm, welcoming, and immaculately presented environment for our members and guests. You’ll support the day-to-day running of the spa, ensuring all spaces are clean, well-stocked, and prepared to the highest standards to deliver a seamless and relaxing experience.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in presentation and detail, enjoys working behind the scenes as well as around people, and understands that exceptional cleanliness and organisation are key to luxury hospitality and wellbeing.

Key Duties…
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness across all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation spaces, changing rooms, and wet areas
- Ensure spa facilities are consistently presented to the highest standards
- Replenish towels, robes, amenities, and cleaning supplies as required
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Report maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly
- Work discreetly and respectfully around members and guests to maintain a calm spa environment
What we are looking for…
A successful Spa Attendant at Soho House will ideally have experience in a spa, wellness, hotel, or high-end hospitality environment. You’ll be reliable, detail-focused, and take pride in delivering high standards every day.
- Previous experience in a spa, health club, hotel, or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Calm, professional, and friendly manner
- A proactive and team-focused approach
- Flexible to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements…
- Must be over the age of 18
- Able to seize, grasp, turn, and hold objects by hand
- Able to work on your feet for up to 8 hours
- Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch, and lift as required
The salary range for this role if filled within the UK is listed below. The range for the position in different geographies may vary based on market differences.

£15—£15 GBP
