Talent Acquisition Specialist

London (Hybrid - 4 days onsite)
Head of People/HR Manager

The Role
As our in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist , you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across the agency. You'll work closely with hiring managers to identify needs, source top-tier candidates, and ensure an excellent candidate experience from first contact to offer. This is a hands-on role with real scope to shape how we attract, engage, and retain talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with department heads (Creative, Strategy, Client Services, Production, Tech) to define role requirements and hiring plans.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle - from job briefing, sourcing, and screening to interview coordination and offer management.
  • Build and nurture a talent pipeline for key roles and future growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Write compelling job adverts and manage postings across job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
  • Use data and insights to track hiring performance, time-to-hire, and candidate quality.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies (where necessary), ensuring they align with agency values and budget.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout all recruitment processes.
  • Support onboarding and employer brand initiatives to promote our culture and EVP internally and externally.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in an internal recruitment or talent acquisition role (agency or in-house) - ideally within a digital, creative, or media environment.
  • Strong understanding of creative, digital marketing, and media roles and how to source for them.
  • Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Passionate about people, culture, and candidate experience.

Desirable:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (eg Workable, Greenhouse, Teamtailor).
  • Understanding of employer branding and social talent attraction strategies.
