As an HLTA, you will play a vital role in covering PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) time for teachers and stepping in during absences. The Role:-
- Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in the absence of classroom teachers
- Provide targeted support to individuals or groups of students, ensuring their learning needs are met

- Maintain a positive and nurturing classroom environment conducive to student success
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and reporting to relevant stakeholders

The Person:-
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and cater to individual student needs
