NPD Project Manager

We are working with a dynamic and growing business based in London who are looking to appoint an experienced NPD Project Manager to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with strong end-to-end product development experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The Role:

As NPD Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from concept through to launch, ensuring products are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with customer expectations. You will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full end-to-end NPD process, from concept and feasibility through to launch
- Coordinate and lead **cross-functional teams** including technical, commercial, supply chain and operations
- Act as the central point of contact to ensure projects remain on track, meeting key milestones and deadlines
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to translate briefs into commercially viable products
- Ensure projects meet required quality, cost and timeline objectives

About You

Proven experience managing end-to-end product development projects
Confident working cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders
Experience working with major UK retailers
Strong organisational and project management skills
Able to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment
