.Assess the support needs of new clients in a person-centred manner, using a standardised process.
.Risk assess clients dynamically and participate in risk mitigations and safeguarding work.
.Work with clients who present with a variety of support needs, including people who are fleeing domestic violence and require support and signposting to specialist services
.Represent the team at multi-agency meetings and case conferences.

You will have:

.The knowledge and understanding of relevant support strategies to manage a caseload of 15-20 clients.
.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and advocacy skills, proven within a context of working with vulnerable adults.
.Strong time management and prioritisation skills, and the ability to deploy these independently.
.Have a creative approach to resettlement work, and be able to work imaginatively with clients to build independence.
