The BasicsSalary: £30-£33k (depending on experience) Location: Notting Hill Working hours: Hours will be scheduled across the studio's operating hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends. The studio will operate seven days a week, with classes running from approximately 6–7am through to 8–8:30pm. The company are open to part-time through to full-time applicants, to build enough flexibility across launch, weekends, sickness and holiday cover. Start date: Late October Reporting to: Front of House Lead The RoleCreate a warm, calm and welcoming environment where every student feels recognised and looked after.Support the Studio Manager with the smooth running of the studio and day-to-day operational requirements.Take ownership of the Front of House experience during shifts, ensuring the studio is prepared, organised and operating to the expected standard.Welcome students and guests into the studio and ensure they have everything they need before, during and after their visit.Build genuine relationships with members and create a strong sense of community around the studio.Confidently handle questions, feedback and any issues that arise, resolving them calmly and professionally and escalating where appropriate.Support class check-ins, bookings and student enquiries, ensuring the experience feels seamless and personal.Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation across the Front of House and wider studio environment.Support opening and closing procedures and ensure all relevant daily processes are completed correctly.Support the management of studio systems, bookings and client information, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Support membership and client administration as required, ensuring records and information are kept up to date.Support the team with shift cover and day-to-day coordination where required, including cover across launch, weekends, sickness and holiday.Identify operational issues proactively and flag practical solutions to the Studio Manager.Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture and help create an environment where people enjoy working.Represent the brand at all times, ensuring every interaction reflects the studio's calm, premium and considered approach.The PersonAn experienced Front of House, hospitality, customer experience, studio or wellness professional who genuinely enjoys working with people.Naturally warm, personable and confident, with the ability to make people feel comfortable without being overly familiar.Understands what exceptional hospitality looks like and has a strong eye for the small details that elevate a customer experience.Calm and composed, particularly during busy periods or when unexpected issues arise.Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proactive and solutions-focused, with a natural instinct to take ownership rather than wait to be asked.A strong communicator who is comfortable speaking with a wide range of people and building genuine relationships.Commercially aware and confident discussing memberships, classes and the studio experience without being overly sales-driven.Comfortable using technology and studio management systems, with strong administrative skills.Reliable and flexible, genuinely open to part-time or full-time hours, with the ability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends as part of a rota.Comfortable working in a premium environment where presentation, discretion and professionalism are important.Genuinely interested in yoga, wellness, hospitality or creating exceptional customer experiences.Aligned with a brand that is effortless, assured and enticing, rather than loud, overly commercial or trend-led.Someone who brings positive energy and warmth to the team while understanding that the studio experience should ultimately feel calm, considered and distraction-free.
