guiding the business on what it means and what comes next.Carbon and Net Zero LeadershipLead the Group's carbon management approach, covering Scope 1 to 3 emissions and long-term planning.Drive the development and delivery of our Net Zero and Decarbonisation plan.Strengthen carbon data and lead cross functional initiatives that accelerate real reductions.ESG Reporting and External RequirementsDeliver clear and credible sustainability and ESG reporting for customers and stakeholders.Manage ESG assessments and disclosures, ensuring the business performs strongly and consistently.Stay aligned to evolving frameworks and ensure our reporting remains accurate, transparent and trusted.Stakeholder Engagement and Culture ChangeBuild strong relationships across teams to champion sustainability and drive change.Lead engagement and capability building activities that empower colleagues at all levels.Work with customers, suppliers and partners to support shared sustainability goals.Environmental
