Information:Position: Front of House Security OfficerLocation: Central London (EC2N)Pay: £45,500 per annumHours: 55 hours per weekShifts: Days - Monday to FridayJob Requirements:SIA licence requiredExperience in high end corporate front of house, corporate security, or concierge servicesIT Literate - Good understanding of access control systems, visitor management systems and IT systems/programmes i.e., Microsoft Office for emailsExcellent written and verbal communication skills as well as customer serviceMust have an excellent command of English LanguageReliable, Responsible and PunctualA friendly, professional, courteous, and outgoing characterTo always take pride in your appearance, ensuring immaculate presentationFlexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site.Be confident you can undertake 100% of all specific dutiesBe able to provide all the documentation and vetting information requestedJob Summary:Meeting and greeting occupiers in reception, providing a warm 5-star greeting, ensuring occupiers receive VIP treatment.To ensure the security and safety all of guests who enter the building.Front of House staff need to be the part of the team that is the face of the companies we represent.To ensure guests and visitors are given an excellent standard of greeting and care whilst in the building.To ensure that all business needs are met, and that the company’s reputation is enhanced through the provision of exemplary reception, bookings, security, and concierge services.To be articulate and well informed and to ensure that occupiers’ and visitors’ needs pre-empted, met, and exceeded. Duties & Responsibilities:To ensure that all visitors and occupiers are dealt with efficiently and ensure that an exceptional high standard of customer service is always provided, personally taking responsibility for their requests to ensure that they are completed, if not exceeding, their expectationsThe role includes you to meet and greet occupiers, patrolling, reception duties, access control, conducting emergency procedures, providing a warm 5-star greeting, ensuring occupiers receive VIP treatment.To efficiently check in all guests using our visitor management system, ensuring outstanding phone etiquette when announcing guest and/or speaking with occupiers and stakeholders about other mattersTo be the main point of contact within the building to all residents.To embrace our vision by working “outside the box” ensuring an all-round 5* serviceTo maintain and actively utilise a portfolio of information to assist with occupiers’ queries, such as transport, restaurants, and shopsBe calm under pressure and confident in dealing with confrontational situations in a calm and professional mannerTo always portray a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanour, using open and appropriate body language.To always ensure great teamwork both within and outside the department, always demonstrating a “can do” approach and solutionsTo be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of your allocated areaTo work alongside the Coffee shop provider in FOH and assist with general housekeeping duties of their area as and when requiredTo assist in any other reasonable duties as requiredBenefits:Health care plan (HSF)Perk Box (HSF) - discounts & offers from cinema tickets to days outCycle to work schemeTailored Site UniformFirst class training allowing you to develop your skillsA view for career developmentLong service & Employee Recognition awardsAnd much more!!A globally recognised Security Solutions Specialist delivering service excellence, to our Customers, Colleagues, and Communities.
