A dynamic secondary school is keen to employ an additional SEN TA or Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with Special Education Needs (SEN). This role is a hands-on, school-based position offering outstanding relevant experience that will take you into a plethora of therapeutic or research-based fields.

If you are an empathetic and passionate recent Psychology Graduate, with a keen interest in the education sector, this role is for you. Relevant experience is beneficial but not required for this position and full training will be provided to ensure your success as a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will assist classroom leaders in ensuring that all students have inclusive and equal access to education. You may work 1:1 or in small-groups with SEN learners and support them in their academic, social and emotional development . Training will be provided to ensure that you are able to manage and care for a wide range of SEN needs, utilising your academic background, theoretical knowledge of SEN and any relevant experience you may bring to the table.
