Location: Tower Hamlets (near Bow Road Station)

Start Date: January 2026 Trialling ASAP

Contract: Full-time, long-term

Pay: 110- 135 per day

Phase: KS1 & KS2 (Class Cover and Interventions)

About the Role

A high-performing Tower Hamlets primary school near Bow Road Station is seeking a confident and experienced HLTA to support across the school from January. This role involves a combination of whole-class cover, small-group teaching, and targeted intervention work across both KS1 and KS2.

As an HLTA, you will deliver pre-planned lessons during teacher PPA time, lead structured intervention sessions, and provide consistent classroom management in line with the school's established behaviour systems. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant ready to take on increased responsibility.

The Ideal Candidate

The school is keen to appoint an HLTA who:

• Has strong classroom experience across the primary age range

• Is confident managing whole classes independently

• Can deliver engaging lessons with clarity and structure

• Communicates effectively with staff and pupils

• Holds HLTA status or has experience working at HLTA level
