Senior Product Manager

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - or equivalent professional experience that shows you've mastered your craft.
* Proven success in product management, with a track record of driving complex, technical initiatives from concept to launch.
* Strong product fundamentals: adept at discovery, prioritization, and strategy to guide smart decisions in high-stakes, fast-moving environments.
* Skilled in user research and discovery, with a passion for working closely alongside technical teams to bring insights to life.
* Deep understanding of emerging technology trends and how to translate them into real-world product opportunities.
* A strategic thinker who can deliver immediate results while always keeping the future in focus.
* Exceptional communicator and leader, able to energize and align cross-functional teams.
* Comfortable navigating ambiguity, with a knack for creating clarity and momentum in uncertain or volatile markets.
* Familiarity with tools like Jira, AWS, Google Suite, Mixpanel, and Miro (a plus, not a requirement).
* Outstanding collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Experience in energy flexibility or other highly regulated industries.
* Knowledge of large-scale integrations and the dynamics of complex technical ecosystems.
