The Opportunity & Role Profile
This high-performing Islington academy is seeking a professional School Receptionist to be the face of the school. As the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors, you will maintain an exceptionally high standard of customer service and administrative efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
Front of House: Managing a busy reception desk, handling telephone enquiries, and welcoming visitors in line with strict safeguarding protocols.
Administrative Support: Assisting the school office with data entry (SIMS/Arbor), managing post, and coordinating school communications.
Safeguarding: Ensuring all visitors are correctly identified and logged in accordance with Outstanding regulatory standards.
Compensation & Benefits
Essential Requirements: Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role. Excellent communication and IT skills.
