CCTV Field Engineer
Peopleforce Recruitment are delighted to be supporting the expansion of one of our longstanding electronic security clients recruit for an experienced CCTV Field Engineer to cover around the West London region. Our client is a rapidly expanding security technology company headquartered in Glasgow, specialising in advanced, AI-driven security solutions for construction sites, infrastructure, and high-value assets. The successful candidate must have experience in IP CCTV installations, working with Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, and Hanwha. Experience with Ajax would also be beneficial. A strong understanding of CCTV system designs in accordance with the relevant British Standards is required. Responsibilities: Installation and commissioning of CCTV systems to customer requirements Maintenance and fault fixing on CCTV systems and associated documentation Completing paperwork/job files and submitting them to the Engineering Manager, Head of Logistics and/or Compliance on time with accurate information Responding to activations within 1 hour and documenting findings and actions taken Identifying risks onsite and collaborating with sales to provide clients with optimal coverage Performing routine maintenance of company vehicle and completing the monthly vehicle checklist Providing clear and comprehensive reports on new installations What You will Be Provided With: Company laptop and mobile phone Test equipment Company vehicle The ideal candidate will need: Initiative-taker Working as an outdoors field engineer Working alone and in a team Must have flexible approach to working location and times.
