Sales Account & Business Development Manager
About the job:
- Growing 1st Shield's business across a defined client base in line with the company's policy and requirements.
- Identifying, developing, and negotiating new testing opportunities and contracts.
- Building strong, multi-level relationships with client stakeholders.
- Using data and financial insight to prepare detailed proposals and pricing models.
- Providing technical guidance and support to clients.
- Ensuring contractual compliance and timely payments.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to uphold 1st Shield’s core values
- Manage a personal portfolio of lapsed, active, and prospective accounts with the goal of reactivating, growing, and retaining business.
- Proactively generate new opportunities through outbound calling, referrals, and networking.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with decision-makers across various industries.
- Identify client needs and tailor our full range of compliance solutions accordingly.
- Drive account growth through effective cross-selling and upselling strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline progress using the company CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and service experience.
- Regularly review account performance and proactively seek ways to add value and increase client spend.
