Your role This is a hybrid role for a designer who thinks beyond screens. You’ll design high‑quality digital products and help shape the strategy, insights, and story that guide them. You’ll work closely with strategists, researchers, engineers, and founders in 8-20 week venture cycles, taking concepts from early idea → prototype → tested experience → launchable product. This role is ideal for a product designer who loves digging into user problems, running research, crafting product rationale, shaping direction, and communicating ideas with clarity and impact. What You’ll Do Design Insight‑Driven Digital Experiences
- Create user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI in Figma
- Conduct (or support) user interviews, testing, and research synthesis
- Turn insights into design decisions with clear logic and product reasoning
- Build prototypes at multiple fidelities to learn fast and iterate
- Identify customer needs, market signals, and opportunity areas
- Contribute to product roadmaps, value propositions, and hypotheses
- Collaborate with strategists to align user desirability with business viability
- Help define MVP scope and the rationale behind each decision
- Build simple, powerful narratives that bring concepts to life
- Create visually compelling slides, artefacts, and journey storytelling
- Present confidently to clients and internal stakeholders
- Communicate clearly why your design solves the problem - not just how
- Operate within rapid venture cycles (8-20 weeks)
- Partner with cross‑functional teams in a startup‑like environment
- Contribute to workshops, concept sprints, and test‑and‑learn activities
- Support team rituals (showcases, end‑of‑week reviews, stand‑ups)
- 2+ years experience in Product Design, Venture Design, UX/UI , or similar roles
- A portfolio showing both strong craft AND clear strategic thinking
- Experience conducting user research and turning insights into direction
- Ability to design end‑to‑end experiences, from journeys to prototypes to UI
- Ability to explain why design decisions were made, not just show outcomes
- Confidence presenting work and influencing stakeholders
- High capability in Figma

- Experience in a startup, innovation lab, venture studio, or zero‑to‑one environment
- Ability to tell compelling visual stories (pitch decks, concept boards, etc.)
- Experience with rapid experimentation, MVP testing, or early‑stage product validation
- Exposure to commercial or go‑to‑market thinking
- Side projects, independent ventures, or self‑launched products
- Design and shape brand‑new ventures from day one
- Work with strategists, creative technologists, and product thinkers
- Create work that moves from idea → prototype → real customer usage
