This is an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to become part of a newly opened restaurant within a vibrant, growing group that truly cares about sustainability, creative flavor pairings, and fermentation.
- 48 hours/7 shifts per week.

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll have an exciting opportunity to be a vital part of the kitchen team, helping to manage everything smoothly and ensuring quick service for up to 150 guests. You’ll work with top-quality ingredients to create fresh, carefully crafted dishes that delight every palate.
The Person
We’re looking for someone with previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a restaurant setting with a more laid-back atmosphere than fine-dining places.
If you’re a true foodie and passionate about using top-quality produce, you’ll fit right in! Your organisational skills and keen attention to detail will be key in helping us maintain high standards. Additionally, certification in Food Safety, Health & Safety, and HACCP is essential.
