Channel Marketing Manager - DACH Region, Asset Management

We’re partnering with a leading international asset manager to hire an experienced Channel Marketing Manager focused on the DACH region. This is a standout opportunity for a commercially minded, German speaking marketing professional who understands intermediary distribution and knows how to turn strategic priorities into measurable campaign performance.

You’ll work closely with senior sales stakeholders across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, driving integrated marketing activity that supports key distribution channels including wealth managers, private banks, advisory networks, retail banks, insurers and fund selectors.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering targeted B2B marketing campaigns across the DACH intermediary market
• Activating global and regional marketing strategies locally
• Supporting strategic distribution partners with co-marketing initiatives
• Managing multi-channel campaigns across email, webinars, digital content, landing pages and social media
• Creating and adapting high-quality German-language marketing materials and investment content
• Partnering closely with business development teams to support lead generation and client engagement
• Using Salesforce, Marketo and analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness and optimise performance
• Supporting events, roadshows and digital engagement programmes across the region
• Ensuring all activity meets local regulatory and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years’ marketing experience within asset or investment management
• Strong understanding of the DACH intermediary landscape
• Experience marketing to wholesale, private bank and platform audiences
• Native-level German with fluent English
• Knowledge of UCITS and broader investment products including equities, fixed income and multi-asset strategies
• Strong stakeholder management and campaign execution skills
• Confidence working in a matrix environment with international teams
• Experience with Salesforce, Marketo and digital analytics tools
• Existing network across Frankfurt, Zurich and/or Vienna highly desirable
