Customer Service Manager
As Customer Service Manager, you will:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day customer service operations to ensure a seamless experience.
- Lead and support a team of 5 customer service representatives in achieving performance targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle complex customer queries and escalated complaints effectively and professionally.
- Monitor and analyse customer service metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance service delivery processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
