Care Coordinator (12 months Maternity Leave)
Location: Richmond, London
Starting Salary: £28,000 per annum or commensurate with experience

This full-time role is based in beautiful Richmond and involves care coordination, rota planning, mentoring, and daily communication with clients and carers. You’ll join a passionate, team-driven environment with real potential to grow into leadership or specialist care roles over time.

About the Role

As a Care Coordinator, you will:

  • Plan and manage staff rotas using advanced scheduling systems to ensure seamless care delivery

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, carers, and colleagues

  • Support and mentor carers, helping them deliver high-quality, person-centred care

  • Work closely with the care manager to ensure care is aligned with each client's clinical and personal needs

  • Collaborate with recruitment and HR to onboard staff and train them in our systems

  • Join our shared out-of-hours rota, supporting the team when unexpected issues arise

  • Be a key part of a passionate and responsive team, solving challenges together

Who This Role Is For

We welcome applications from:

  • Professionals from other industries (hospitality, logistics, HR, education, etc.) with coordination or communication experience

  • Care professionals or administrators who want to move into a more involved and client-focused role

You’ll need:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • A proactive attitude and calm, problem-solving approach

  • A desire to work as part of a close-knit team making a difference in people’s lives

Desire:

  • 6 months experience as a care coordinator
