If you would be interested in knowing more about the team and what they do, we would be keen to have a discussion with you about what the future holds in this space and the next steps to register your interest.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Maintaining accurate contract records, logs, and audit trails in accordance with public sector and NHS SBS standards.
  • Inputting, tracking and maintaining contract data in digital platforms, including CEMAR and associated document management systems.
  • Scheduling and supporting contract meetings, taking and circulating minutes, tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Supporting with communication and coordination between contract managers, project teams, and suppliers to deliver consistency and clarity.
  • Making sure that records, documentation, and contract variations are accurately maintained to support regulatory and audit requirements.
  • Supporting contract-related tasks across multiple live projects, including the use of Primavera P6 for timeline and achievement updates.

What you’ll bring:

  • Shown experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a commercial, procurement, or project environment.

  • Strong skills in effectively prioritising multiple responsibilities across various teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

It would be great if you had:

  • Experience working in or supporting NHS or public sector organisations.

If you are interested in this role but not sure if your skills and experience are exactly what we’re looking for, please do apply, we’d love to hear from you!
