Senior M&A Associate/Lawyer - Elite US Firm
Our Client
Our client, a top-ranked elite US law firm, is seeking a Senior M&A Associate to join their dynamic and highly regarded Corporate team in London. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced M&A lawyer to work on complex, high-value, and cutting-edge M&A and private equity transactions. You'll collaborate with cross-border and interdisciplinary teams on deals spanning 90+ countries, benefitting from the firm’s market-leading practices and global perspective. The Role
As a Senior M&A Associate, you will play a crucial role in advising on high-value, complex M&A transactions. Working alongside a talented team of lawyers, you will leverage your expertise to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional results for clients. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Working on complex, high-profile, cross-border transactions, advising clients on M&A, joint ventures, and corporate matters
Managing and executing transactions from inception to completion
Collaborating with partners and associates across the firm’s global network
Delivering exceptional client service and building strong client relationships
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 4-7 years PQE
Proven experience in corporate M&A at a reputable law firm
Strong academic credentials and the ability to manage complex projects
Exposure to private equity transactions is highly desirable
