Kitchen Porter

Location: London, SW11 8BZ

Pay: £14.80/hour

Hours: Permanent, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday

What you’ll do:

• Ensure all team members adhere to food hygiene standards and procedures, reporting any issues to management.
• Assist with basic food preparation as needed, such as peeling and chopping vegetables.
• Manage the usage and stock of chemicals products as per company procedures.
• Ensure a consistently high level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen, including all work surfaces, equipment, and storage areas.
• Reviewing team standards and implement additional cleaning tasks as required.
• Oversee & support the washing of all kitchenware, cookware, and utensils. Direct the deep cleaning of all kitchen equipment, floors, fridges, and storerooms.
• Support the management of receiving and organization of food and supply deliveries. Ensure stock is stored correctly and communicate when supplies are low.

What we’re looking for:

• Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have legal right to work
