We Are Looking For:

• A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) .
• A proven track record as an excellent Business Teacher , with essential experience teaching at Key Stage 5 (A-Level or BTEC) .
• Strong subject knowledge covering key business and economic concepts.
• A genuine passion for the subject and the ability to inspire students to achieve top grades and pursue future entrepreneurial careers.
• The experience or ambition to take on a key area of responsibility within the department.

Salary and Benefits

• Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) for Inner London Teachers (currently £40,317 - £62,496 for 2025/2026).
• A Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) payment , which in a role of this responsibility typically ranges from £3,527 to £17,216 (likely a TLR 2 or 1a/1b dependent on scale). The specific amount will be confirmed based on the final responsibility offered.
