We’ve launched on the Shopify App Store and are now building a high-impact partner ecosystem from day one, with future plans to expand across other ecommerce and CMS platforms.
We are a start-up subsidiary of CareTech (part-owned by private equity firm Three Hills Capital), building a category-defining product for accessibility, compliance, and ecommerce growth.
The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Partnerships Lead to build and scale our presence in the Shopify ecosystem and beyond. This role is about opening distribution channels through partners that work with Shopify stores, and turning those relationships into consistent customer acquisition.
You’ll report to the CEO, and will build the partner motion, launch programmes, and scale what works, collaborating with Marketing and Sales to amplify results. This is a builder role, ideal for someone who wants ownership, visibility, and the chance to shape a partner channel from the ground up.
You might be:
- A Partner Manager ready to step into a broader, strategic + execution role, or
- A Head of Partnerships who still loves being hands-on and wants to build something from scratch
Key Responsibilities
Shopify agency partnerships
- Identify, prioritise, and engage Shopify agencies (design, build, CRO, accessibility, performance)
- Build a structured agency partner programme (onboarding, enablement, incentives, and commercial terms)
- Establish co-selling, referral, and reseller-style relationships where appropriate
- Educate partners on accessibility, WCAG, and EnableAll’s value proposition
Partner activation & revenue
- Turn signed partners into active, revenue-generating channels
- Own the partner lifecycle from recruitment through activation and ongoing performance
- Work closely with Sales / Client Management to: Support partner-led deals, and ensure smooth handover and customer experience
- Track partner pipeline, revenue contribution, and engagement; continuously optimise performance
Ecosystem expansion & market presence
- Build relationships across the wider ecommerce and CMS ecosystem, including complementary technology partners, to support future platform expansion
- Represent EnableAll at relevant industry events and partner forums
Internal collaboration
- Work closely with:
- CEO (strategy, prioritisation)
- Sales / Client Management (deal flow, feedback)
- Marketing (partner content, messaging, enablement)
- Feed partner insights back into product and GTM strategy
- In a small, fast-moving team, collaborate across functions as needed to support growth initiatives
Reporting Line
Reports to the CEO. Works closely with Sales / Client Management.

- Partners actively introducing EnableAll to Shopify merchants
- Clear pipeline attribution from partnerships
- Reduced reliance on founder-led BD for partner growth
Requirements
You’ll be a great fit with
- 3–7+ years in partnerships, channel sales, or business development
- Direct experience working with Shopify agencies or the Shopify app ecosystem
- Proven track record of building partnerships that convert into customers
- Thrives in an early stage / ambiguous environment
- Commercial confidence, understands revenue and is comfortable discussing partner incentives
- An existing network of Shopify agencies, Shopify Experts/Plus partners, and ecommerce agencies (UK and/or US experience ideal)
- Hands-on, proactive and organised , with strong follow-through and ownership mentality
- Personable and relationship driven
- Comfortable with periodic international travel for partner meetings and industry events
Additional nice to haves
- Experience in SaaS, eCommerce tools, or compliance-related products
- Understanding of accessibility, WCAG, or regulated markets
- Experience working alongside PE-backed or scale-up businesses
- Familiarity with partner CRM tools and tracking platforms
