Office Coordinator + EA - Fun Finance
Join a highly successful, international boutique finance firm known for its friendly, supportive, and genuinely collaborative culture. This is an organisation where people are valued, the structure is flat, and the environment feels far more relaxed and human than traditional finance. If you are looking for a role where you can grow, contribute broadly, and truly enjoy coming to work, this is an exceptional opportunity!
The company operates globally and continues to expand at pace. The London team is close-knit, diverse, and social, with regular office events, thoughtfully planned off-sites around the world, and a leadership team that invests heavily in employee wellbeing. The workspace is beautiful, centrally located, and designed to feel modern and inviting. You can expect smart-casual attire, a warm atmosphere, and plenty of support from both peers and senior stakeholders.
The Role:
- This role blends EA duties with office coordination and team operations.
- Primary support for a senior leader, including:
- Complex calendar and diary management.
- International travel planning and logistics
- Day-to-day administrative support.
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the office.
- Coordinate internal events, team socials, and hospitality.
- Manage meeting rooms, vendor relationships, and office supplies.
- Greet clients and maintain a polished, professional office environment.
- Work within a small, collaborative team of Executive Assistants and office managers.
- Opportunity to expand into operations, events, or broader business support as the organisation scales.
About You:
The ideal candidate brings prior EA, PA, Office Coordinator or Team Assistant experience, including diary and travel management. You will thrive here if you are warm, grounded, proactive, well-presented, and naturally inclined to roll up your sleeves. A team-player mindset is essential, as is the confidence to engage with a wide range of colleagues and external partners.
This role suits someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in creating a polished and welcoming environment, and appreciates a company culture built on trust, collaboration, and inclusivity. A genuine interest in the finance sector is helpful but not required.
If you are ready to step into a role that combines influence, variety, and a fun and inclusive culture, this is your chance!
