Serve as the first point of contact for adult social care referrals, providing excellent telephony support.
Collaborate within the Adult Social Care Access Team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Participate in community outreach events and engage with diverse stakeholders.
Handle sensitive enquiries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.
