Customer Service Advisor – Work from Home – Full Time
£25420 per annum

At Premium Credit we’re looking to hire Customer Service Advisors who are able to provide outstanding customer experiences to our partners and customers through inbound calls and emails.
You’ll receive all the training you need on our systems, processes and industry as well as training to enhance the skills that you already have in communicating professionally, listening and understanding customer needs. You’ll be supported in your journey to success by your buddy and your team manager, as well as the teams around you.

What will you be doing?
Our contact centre is open Monday to Friday between 8am and 6.15pm, so you’ll have a shift rota between these times, working an average of 37.5 hours a week, leaving you free to enjoy your evenings and weekends.
Day to day you’ll answer calls, using our systems to locate customer and partner details to respond to their queries.
- You could be perform routine tasks such as updating bank or address details or processing payments, or you may deal with more complex calls from vulnerable customers who require additional support.
- You’ll update call notes and any further actions required using the set processes.
- On a rotational basis you will spend time responding to emails
- You’ll be developed and trained to respond to more complex client and commercial partner queries.
- You’ll work to targets such as calls per hour and call quality, ensuring that you consistently provide the highest levels of customer care.

We’re hiring a team of Customer Service Advisors to join us on 12 th January to support increased call volumes. If you’re interested in joining our team, apply via our website. If you meet our criteria you’ll be contacted to arrange a telephone interview with our recruiter which will include a CV review, a call scenario and the opportunity for you to ask any questions. We’ll also make sure that you’re aware of the role requirements.
If successful, you will be invited to interview with two of our contact centre team leaders via video call. This will be a competency-based interview to find out more about your experience.
