The Role

As a Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

* Support students during Maths lessons across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5
* Deliver targeted interventions and small group support
* Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
* Help students develop confidence, problem-solving skills and mathematical understanding
* Support pupils with varying learning needs and abilities
* Gain valuable experience working within an OFSTED Outstanding school

The Ideal Candidate

* A degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject
* A genuine interest in education and working with young people
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills
* Enthusiastic, professional and proactive approach
* Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
