H2 Recruit is partnering exclusively with a rapidly scaling B2B FinTech company that is transforming the way large enterprises manage purchasing and supplier payments. Backed by $100M+ from tier-one investors including Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, and American Express, this business has delivered 90–100% year-over-year revenue growth for six consecutive years and operates across 50+ countries. Recognised in the ProcureTech 100 for Procurement Innovation, they serve Global 2,000 clients and are now hiring 5 Enterprise Account Executives as part of a significant team build following a fresh $40M Series C raise.
The Opportunity
You'll own the full sales cycle — from pipeline generation through to close — selling a SaaS platform and accompanying services into enterprise procurement, accounts payable, and finance teams. This is a net new logo hunting role with 9–15 month deal cycles, significant deal values, and uncapped earning potential.
What You'll Be Doing
Sourcing, qualifying, and closing net new enterprise accounts across your territory. Building and maintaining a 3x pipeline against quota. Navigating complex, matrixed organisations to identify and engage decision-makers. Negotiating pricing and contract terms. Collaborating with SDR and internal stakeholder teams to maximise opportunity conversion. Preparing and delivering compelling proposals and presentations.
What They're Looking For
5–12 years of experience closing net new enterprise logos in B2B SaaS. Proven track record in full-cycle deal management with long-cycle enterprise sales (9–15 months). Experience selling to procurement, AP, or finance buyers is highly desirable. Background at procurement or invoicing technology companies (e.g. Coupa, Ivalua, SAP Ariba, Basware, Tipalti) is a strong advantage. Dynamic executive presence — someone who can command a Fortune 500 boardroom. Genuine hunter mentality — this is not an account management role.
Compensation
Base: €100K–€130K / €equivalent | OTE: €250K–€350K (uncapped) | Competitive equity
Location
Fully remote — US East Coast, US Central, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or Spain.
