Programme Performance Lead

This role will support the Infrastructure Programme Manager leading on the performance management of a Major Works Programme. You will be responsible for managing the performance of the in-year Major Works Programme, including the review of the baseline & milestones and identifying project issues impacting at a programme level. You will also be responsible for programme financial management including the Enabled Work Schedule CP, updating MWP forecasts, submit funding requirements and report on in-year commitments. Key Tasks
- Review the monthly Programme Summary Report to identify areas for improvement, issues to be resolved, variances and comments.
- Lead on the review of the Major Works Programme baseline and milestones, including the tracking of the completion of projects.
- Identify and find solutions for issues which are impacting the Major Works Programme.
- Management of the finances of the Major Works Programme through forecasting, ABC bids and reporting.
- Management of the EWS CP finances through forecasting, BC Approvals, CP Approvals and reporting.
- Support the Programme Performance Manager in their role as support to the Programme Performance Lead. Excellent stakeholder management and engagement at all levels.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
