FP&A Manager

This position will play a pivotal role in the development of the finance function; the hiring of a dedicated FP&A position being the next evolution of the finance team in a fast-paced, high-growth, collaborative company. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will also have exposure to the workings of a listed company in terms of rigorous board oversight and financial analyst coverage.

Responsibilities:
- Management of the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational goals.
- Provide commentary to the Board on monthly performance.
- Develop long term financial plans to assist in providing financial outlook to the stock market and financial analysts.
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support planning and investment decisions.
- Collaborate with business units to understand performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Develop KPI dashboards.
- Act as a business partner to all business units to support informed financial decisions.
- Assist in the preparation of key business-related expense calculations around introducer and internal commission payments.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA Qualified.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in an FP&A or related commercial role.
- Proficient in financial modelling and forecasting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to details.
- Experience working in a high-growth SME environment desirable.
- Advanced Excel skillset.
- Excellent communicator.
