Contracts Manager
£80,000 – £90,000 + package The company: A respected fit out contractor operating across the London market is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple live projects. The business delivers high-quality commercial fit out schemes across office, education, and healthcare sectors, with project values typically ranging from £1m to £10m. With a strong pipeline of secured work, this role offers stability, progression, and exposure to senior leadership. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple projects, acting as the link between site teams, clients, and senior management. Key responsibilities include: * Managing multiple project teams and site operations * Programme planning and delivery * Client and consultant liaison * Ensuring H&S and quality standards are met * Supporting commercial performance and cost control * Mentoring Project Managers and site teams Ideal background: * Experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager * Fit out or refurbishment background * Strong organisational and leadership skills * Confident client-facing ability
