Job Role: Full-Time Live-Out Nanny
Start Date: 5th November 2026
Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8:00 – 18:30
Location: SE10 – Greenwich
Salary: Up to £60k gross per year
Children: 8-month-old baby at start date
Real Nannies are seeking a warm, organised, calm and responsible full-time nanny to care for a baby in a loving and playful environment in Greenwich.
The ideal candidate is someone patient, punctual, positive and proactive, with strong childcare knowledge and experience, particularly with babies of a similar age. Someone active, who values time outdoors in nature and is able to find and attend local, age-appropriate activities, will fit in with this family just perfectly.
Both Mum and Dad work full-time from the office and are looking for a down-to-earth nanny who is happy to support them through the transitional period of Mum returning to work.

Key Responsibilities
• Sole charge of an 8-month-old baby
• Foster a calm, caring, positive and emotionally supportive environment
• Provide attentive, engaging and developmentally appropriate care for the baby
• Plan age-appropriate activities, outings, meals and routines proactively
• Support consistency around naps, meals and daily structure
• Assist the parents during the transitional period
• Maintain excellent communication with the parents throughout the day
• Have fun, create lots of laughter and help to raise a confident and curious child

The family are navigating life as a new family and are loving it! They value family time, walks outdoors in nature, being active and providing a safe and nurturing space for their little one.
Laughter, playfulness and not taking life too seriously — along with leaning into whatever interests their little one may develop — are important to them.
They love the idea of gentle parenting but recognise that limitations and boundaries are important too.
They are a super warm and loving family who are looking for a long-term nanny with a genuine love for their little one.
The family are offering up to £60k gross per year for 52.5 hours per week.

• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service
• At least one year’s experience working as a full-time nanny with children of a similar age
• A current 12-hour Paediatric First Aid certification
