Pre-Loved Admin Assistant

The role:
Reporting to the Head of Merchandising UK & EU, this role is vital to the day to day running of Pre-Loved, and key to delivering ambitious sales growth. Supporting the Senior Digital Trading Executive, this role will assist on all administrative areas of Pre-Loved from product set up, pricing, stock management, reporting and trading. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in circular fashion and sustainability and represent The Mulberry Exchange with enthusiasm.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain the Pre-Loved product catalogue, including static and 360 ecom imagery, in e-commerce platform (Hybris/Shopify) and internal PIM (product information management) system.
- Ownership of all relevant Pre-Loved product reports, utilising Excel, Google Sheets, Prima, BusinessObjects, and more.
- Launch new products on Mulberry.com across 4+ different regions, collaborating cross functionally with other teams (e.g. Buying & Merchandising and Planning), to ensure a timely and successful launch.
- Work with the Senior Digital Trading Executive to set and load RRPs, taking into consideration historic performance and product margin.
- Work with the regional teams to select stock packages tailored to each specific site/store/pop up.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with the warehouse teams to ensure efficient product flow.
- Visually merchandise product listing pages (PLPs) – managing PLPs sort order whilst balancing commercial and creative priorities, ensuring sort order aligns with channel (e.g. e-mail, homepage) landing points.
- Manage Pre-Loved PLP badging on Mulberry.com across 4+ different regions.
- Highlight stock opportunities based on historic and current performance.
- Ensure requests and queries from the Digital Customer Care team regarding Pre-Loved are addressed in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with several teams (including Buying & Merchandising, Planning, Retail Operations, Logistics, Customer Care, Lifetime Service Centre, Marketing, Image, and more).
- Assess competitor activities and landscape to benchmark Mulberry against peers, ensuring the brand is in-line with or ahead of industry standards and customer expectations. Feedback to Digital team and wider teams with suggested actions to improve Mulberry.com and wider business.

Skills & Knowledge:
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong interest in sustainability and circular fashion.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset, with high level of numeracy.
- An agile and engaged learner, quick to pick up new things and comfortable with learning new processes/systems.
- Incredibly organised and detail oriented, with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, whilst ensuring work is consistently delivered to a high standard.
- Collaborative team player, able to work cross-functionally across internal teams and with remote regional teams.
- Problem solving attitude whilst keeping cool under pressure.
- Excellent communication and literacy skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Not essential but desirable - experience using e-commerce tools (e.g. Shopify, Google Analytics, Content Square)
