Reception Host - Luxury Residential Development

We’re recruiting on behalf of an exceptional residential development in Central London, where outstanding service and attention to detail are at the heart of everything they do. They are now seeking a Reception Host to join their front-of-house team and help create a welcoming experience for residents, guests and visitors alike.
Responsibilities
- Greeting residents and visitors with warmth and professionalism, managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately, receiving deliveries and assisting with resident requests, supporting key management and day-to-day reception duties, maintaining a polished and welcoming reception environment at all times.
Requirements
- We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service. This role would suit someone from a hotel, restaurant, airline or other luxury guest-facing background who is looking to develop their career within a prestigious residential setting. PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK TO BE SUITABLE FOR THIS ROLE.
Benefits
- £32,500 per annum, 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (8am to 8pm), One-hour break each shift, Christmas bonus, The opportunity to build a long-term career within luxury hospitality and residential services.
