Brand Marketing Manager
About the brand
Our client is a very well-established British luxury resort wear brand that uses luxury fabrics in the design and production of its beach and resort wear range.
The role
We're looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to be the Guardian of the Brand and ensure how the brand shows up across every channel. You'll set the creative direction, run the campaign calendar, and make sure the work looks and feels like the brand — whether it's a press feature, a social post, or a window display.
This is a broad brief. You'll be as comfortable briefing a photographer as you are reading a performance report, and you'll be hands-on rather than purely strategic.
What you'll do
- Own and evolve the brand identity across all touchpoints, keeping a consistent standard as we grow
- Plan and deliver integrated campaigns spanning PR, social, print, external ads, events, and retail
- Manage the PR programme, whether in-house or with an agency: press relationships, product placement, launch moments, and coverage tracking
- Run our social channels end to end, including content planning, video, community, creator and talent partnerships, and paid support
- Produce brand imagery, working with photographers and stylists
- Brief and manage external agencies, freelancers, and production partners, and hold them to the standard
- Own the marketing budget and report on what is working against agreed KPIs
- Work closely with the Founders, retail management, wholesale customers, e commerce so campaigns perform well throughout
- Generate collaborations with other brands
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in brand marketing, with meaningful time spent on a luxury or premium brand
- A strong grasp of what luxury requires
- Proven PR experience and a useful network across fashion and lifestyle press
- Genuine social media fluency, including an understanding of what performs well
- Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools with a clear view on where they belong in a luxury workflow and where they do not
- Solid traditional marketing grounding: print, OOH, events, direct mail, retail activation
- Excellent visual judgement and the ability to give clear creative direction
- Comfortable with numbers, budgets, and reporting
Essential to have
- Experience in luxury markets
- A genuine interest in the fashion industry
- A relevant degree
What we offer
- Salary to c£65,000 pa
- Hybrid working, min 3 days at the office
- The opportunity to own the role and make a positive difference to the business
