About Wiser Academy

Wiser Academy is an award-winning network of over 200 student ambassadors and team leads across 70+ universities in the UK and Ireland. We train and support students to represent leading graduate employers like Clifford Chance, KPMG, and L'Oréal, by promoting their opportunities on campus and online. As an Attraction Associate, you’ll have a range of responsibilities. You’ll be the go-to person for a community of 200+ student ambassadors across the UK. You’ll help create a magical experience for them throughout the year - from training and comms to shoutouts and support - making sure they feel energised, engaged, and part of something special. You’ll play a key role in driving high activity levels for our clients, helping to deliver standout results on a monthly and yearly basis. You’ll also have the chance to work closely with our Senior Attraction Manager on bringing our events campaigns to life - from ideation through to going live on campus.

Diving deeper:

• You’ll be in-the-know with social media trends and what’s going on in the early talent space, to create monthly checklist tasks for our ambassadors - helping to promote our clients’ early talent roles and events in ways that feel fresh and engaging.

• You’ll manage the Academy inbox, LinkedIn and phone, responding to ambassador queries within 48 hours and keeping everyone informed with updates, announcements and team news.

• You’ll craft regular newsletters that energise and excite our community, and support the planning of our “Ignore the Ordinary” moments - from training days and office visits to our end-of-year celebration.

• You’ll be responsible for reporting monthly on referral and task data across our client accounts, using insights to tell a compelling story of what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to shift.

• You’ll build weekly update decks for clients that look great and hit the mark - packed with clear, visual updates, wins, and ambassador highlights

• When clients come to us with briefs for events, you’ll be involved in creative ideation - bringing your opinion to the table and working collaboratively to reach the best concept.

• You’ll support the team with the administrative side of event planning an organisation, liaising with suppliers and university campuses to ensure smooth coordination.

• You’ll be out on campus getting stuck in with our pop-up events and competitions, bringing the energy and enthusiasm - ensuring our events achieve the results desired.
  

We’re looking for:

• A desire to consistently improve and level-up the work we do - from day-to-day processes to standout student and client experiences.

• Someone who’s confident working with data and tools like Google Sheets (/excel), is comfortable creating slide decks and is willing to get stuck into displaying data on Looker Studio. A natural aptitude for turning numbers into a clear story.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills - from ambassador replies to client-facing updates, you know how to strike the right tone.

• Previous customer service or community management experience - or just the ability to stay calm, clear and friendly when the inbox fills up.

• Organised with great attention to detail - you can spin plates and don’t let things slip through the cracks.

• Someone who is solution focused, looking to ignore the ordinary and bring in fresh ideas.

• Someone who loves building rapport with people, whether it’s with a student ambassador or a client.

• A team player who’s proactive, positive and always looking for ways to improve the way we do things.

• Someone who’s keen to get stuck in with admin where necessary whilst also being up for long days on their feet when the team travels to campus events.
