The Senior Associate Building Surveyor's Role

As a Senior Associate Building Surveyor, you will collaborate with landlords, tenants, developers, and occupiers, providing a range of professional services. Your focus will be on delivering expert advice, managing projects, and driving the consultancy's expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering professional services such as dilapidations, leasehold advice, and contract administration.
Building and maintaining client relationships in the public and private sectors.
Leading on instructions and supporting the development of the London team.
Contributing to the consultancy's growth strategy with your commercial insight.

The Ideal Senior Associate Building Surveyor will have

MRICS qualification (essential).
A RICS-accredited degree.
Strong property knowledge with a professional services focus.
A consultancy or private practice background.
Excellent client management skills and a commercially minded approach.

In Return?

£75,000 - £85,000.
