Drama Teacher (ECT) - Independent Secondary School - York
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Drama Teacher (ECT) to join a prestigious independent secondary school in York. This is a full-time, permanent position starting September 2026 , ideal for an ECT passionate about performance and creative learning.
The Role
As a Drama Teacher (ECT), you will:
Teach Drama across KS3–KS4 , with opportunities to support KS5
Assist with productions, performances, and extracurricular activities
Work closely with experienced teachers in a collaborative department
Benefit from tailored mentoring and professional development
