• A competitive base salary of £40,000 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance) with a realistic OTE of £60,000 . Top performers can earn significantly more through bonuses and enhanced overtime rates.
• Start and finish your shifts from home, with demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week and optional overtime available.

Your Responsibilities

As a Roadside Technician, you will:

• Provide expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Address a variety of issues, from flat batteries and tyre changes to complex fault-finding.
• Deliver quick, confident solutions and reassurance to our members when they need it most.

What You’ll Need

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach.
• A full UK driving licence.
