Laptop Build Engineer
Contract Duration: 4 Weeks
Positions Available: 6 Overview We are seeking skilled Laptop Build Engineers for a 4-week contract to assist in the assembly and installation of laptops for our client based in Bond Street, London. The ideal candidates will have experience in hardware assembly, system installations, and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Laptop Assembly: Build laptops from component level, ensuring all hardware is correctly installed and functioning.
Operating System Installation: Install Windows 11 on all laptops, configuring settings according to company specifications.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of each laptop to ensure performance and functionality meet quality standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of build processes and configurations for each device.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues encountered during the build and installation process.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in laptop assembly and hardware troubleshooting.
Proficient in installing and configuring Windows operating systems, particularly Windows 11.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
Good communication skills
