About the Drama Department

The Role
• Teach Drama at KS3–KS4 (opportunity for KS5 training).
• Direct/support school productions + enrichment.
• Work collaboratively with performing arts colleagues.
• Engage in ongoing ECT CPD and professional reflection.
Requirements
• QTS in Drama or related field.
• Creativity, enthusiasm + strong subject knowledge.
• Interest in performance development and student confidence building.
