London
Multiverse is the upskilling platform for AI and Tech adoption.

We have partnered with 1,500+ companies to deliver a new kind of learning that's transforming today’s workforce.

Our upskilling apprenticeships are designed for people of any age and career stage to build critical AI, data, and tech skills. Our learners have driven $2bn+ ROI for their employers, using the skills they’ve learned to improve productivity and measurable performance.

In June 2022, we announced a $220 million Series D funding round co-led by StepStone Group, Lightspeed Venture Partners and General Catalyst. With a post-money valuation of $1.7bn, the round makes us the UK’s first EdTech unicorn.

But we aren’t stopping there. With a strong operational footprint and 800+ employees, we have ambitious plans to continue scaling. We’re building a world where tech skills unlock people’s potential and output.

Join Multiverse and power our mission to equip the workforce to win in the AI era.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI Solutions Builder (No Code) to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and advanced AI capabilities, driving the development and implementation of AI agents that automate workflows, optimize processes, and deliver tangible business value across our existing operations. You will work within cross-functional teams, bringing a strong technical background and a product-oriented mindset to solve complex challenges.

What You'll Do

  • Support AI Solution Development: Design and build no-code AI solutions to automate and enhance business workflows. Evaluate and recommend suitable off-platform automation tools and technologies that align with our existing tech stack. Drive the execution of the automation roadmap, managing projects effectively to ensure timely delivery and alignment with agreed-upon goals. Help integrate AI agents and workflows into internal systems and digital products.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand process challenges and identify areas for AI/automation. Attend discovery sessions and assist in translating business needs into technical tasks with mentorship from senior engineers.
  • Prototype & Experiment: Participate in the development of proof-of-concept solutions using tools such as Zapier, LLMs, and no-code platforms. Experiment with new tools to advise whether they might be useful additions to our AI tech stack. Support testing and evaluation of solution performance.
  • Automation & Integration: Contribute to scripting and automation workflows using Zapier, Cassidy and other no-code platforms to reduce manual effort and streamline processes. Help set up and maintain data pipelines and integrations between systems.
  • Documentation & Learning: Maintain clear technical documentation on code, processes, and solution designs. Continuously improve your understanding of AI/ML, cloud tools, and automation platforms through team learning and personal development.
  • Stay Curious: Stay informed on emerging AI tools and technologies, especially in Generative AI, workflow automation, and data processing.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions and automating workflows in a professional setting.
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying and implementing operational efficiency improvements, ideally with a focus on off-platform automation within EdTech or similar online context.
  • Strong proficiency using a range of GenAI, no-code and automation tools. (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Zapier and others.
  • A strong understanding of the capabilities of various GenAI and no-code tools relevant to automation (e.g., Zapier, UiPath, Power Automate) and scripting for integration.
  • Understanding of basic data manipulation and cleaning techniques using tools like Pandas, SQL, or Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take initiative and learn from feedback.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Resilience and a growth mindset, enabling you to quickly transition between projects in a fast-moving organisation.
