VP - Export Credit Agency - Origination / Execution
As Vice President, you will play a key role in both originating and executing ECA and development finance transactions.
Key responsibilities will include:- Building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, financial institutions, sovereign entities, exporters and project sponsors.
- Identifying and originating new business opportunities across export finance and structured lending markets.
- Structuring financing solutions involving ECAs, MDBs and DFIs.
- Leading transactions from initial pitch and mandate acquisition through to financial close.
- Preparing and presenting credit applications to internal stakeholders and approval committees.
- Coordinating due diligence, financial analysis and transaction execution processes.
- Negotiating commercial terms and supporting documentation processes.
- Working closely with legal, credit, syndication and operations teams throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Supporting the delivery of revenue, portfolio and strategic growth objectives.
- Representing the business externally and developing relationships across the broader export finance market.
