AI Senior Consultant in Tax Technology

As an AI Senior Consultant in Tax Technology, you will oversee a portfolio of innovative projects and propositions, leading a team of business analysts and project delivery leads. You will work closely with clients to co-create and implement cutting-edge solutions that address their most pressing tax challenges, with a particular focus on AI-driven transformation. In this role you will:

• Develop and deliver AI presentations and demonstrations, including both standard offerings and customised proof of concepts, to prospects, clients, and partners.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on AI applications in tax, advising clients on emerging trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead client workshops, assessments, and solution design sessions to tailor AI offerings to client needs.
• Oversee the implementation of AI-enabled tax solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable value for clients.
• Stay abreast of developments in AI, tax technology and regulatory changes, translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on AI applications in tax, advising clients on emerging trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Champion the integration of AI technologies within with KPMG Tax & Legal function, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, pilot, and scale AI solutions.
  A demonstrable in depth understanding of AI applications in a professional services environment
• Proven ability to lead technology adoption initiatives and manage complex projects for both internal and external clients
• Excellent client-facing skills and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in team leadership and talent development
• Passionate about delivering an excellent service to clients
Skills we'd love to see/Amazing Extras:
• Whilst Tax experience is not essential an Accounting or tax qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CTA or equivalent would be beneficial
• Experience in the end to end sales of Technology Solutions
