Property Manager & EA - Boutique Property/Investment Company
Our client is a privately owned boutique property and investment company with an exceptional portfolio of residential and commercial properties across London's West End. For over 25 years, the Founder has transformed neglected buildings into outstanding homes and office spaces, working alongside a trusted network of leading industry professionals. The result is a portfolio renowned for quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail.
This is a rare opportunity to join this small, high-performing team in a varied role that combines Property Management with Executive Assistant support to the Founder. No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is happy switching between strategic property matters, day-to-day operations and high-level business support.
Working closely with an entrepreneurial, HNW Founder, you'll be a trusted right hand, helping to keep both the property portfolio and the business running smoothly. You'll oversee property management with energy, professionalism and empathy, building strong relationships with tenants, contractors and suppliers, while also providing seamless EA support, managing priorities, coordinating projects and staying one step ahead.
Property experience is an advantage but isn't essential. More important is your ability to think on your feet, solve problems proactively, communicate with confidence and remain calm under pressure. You'll be someone who enjoys getting stuck in, takes ownership and is equally comfortable handling operational details, supporting a busy Founder and contributing to wider business projects.
If you're looking for a hands-on, fast-moving role where you can make a genuine impact across both property management and executive support, we'd love to hear from you.
We appreciate every application but are unable to respond individually to every one, due to the high volumes we receive
