Project Manager

As a Project Manager (12-Month FTC - Maternity/Parental Leave Cover) at Oriium, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless service delivery across Professional Services engagements and onboarding projects during a period of planned cover. You'll take ownership of day-to-day project coordination - planning, scheduling, and reporting - while working closely with Oriium's technical teams, partners, and third parties to keep projects on track and delivered to a consistently high standard. You'll chair PMO and onboarding calls, maintain accurate project documentation, and keep systems like Salesforce and project management tools fully updated.

This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who thrives on structured delivery, clear processes, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Have proven project management experience, ideally within IT, technology, or professional services environments
• Hold an APM project management qualification (or equivalent)
• Are confident using project management tools such as MS Project (or equivalent)
• Have experience coordinating internal teams, customers, and third-party suppliers
• Are comfortable chairing project meetings and managing risks, issues, and dependencies
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach
• Are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Have experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools
• Possess a good general understanding of IT services and technology delivery
• Can problem-solve effectively and escalate issues appropriately when required
Desirable:
• Exposure to ISO 27001 or information security frameworks
• Experience within managed services, onboarding, or professional services delivery
